Competition Information

Instrument registration deadline for the 2023 competition is September 19, 2023. 

In-person instrument delivery for the 2023 competition is on Monday, October 2, 2023 between 7-9pm.

Instruments mailed for the 2023 competition must arrive before Friday, September 29, 2023. Any instruments that arrive after this date will not be considered for competition. Before shipping instruments, the competitor must contact Zoran Stilin to confirm shipping details. There are a limited amount of instruments accepted by mail - contact must be made prior to shipping to confirm that there is availability for your shipment.

A competitor may enter up to (2) instruments per category. Example: (2) gut string violins and (2) steel string violins may be entered for a total of (4) instrument entries.

Reservations at the Four Points Sheraton must be made by September 1, 2023 in order to lock in the group rate of $139.00.
