Registration Deadline
Instrument registration deadline for the 2025 competition is September 30, 2025.
Instrument Delivery
In-person instrument delivery for the 2025 competition is on Monday, October 13, 2025 between 7-9pm.
Instrument Mail Delivery
Instruments mailed for the 2025 competition must arrive before Friday, October 10, 2025. Any instruments that arrive after this date will not be considered for competition. Before shipping instruments, the competitor must contact Zoran Stilin to confirm shipping details. There are a limited amount of instruments accepted by mail - contact must be made prior to shipping to confirm that there is availability for your shipment.

Instrument Registration
A competitor may enter up to (2) instruments per category. Example: (2) gut string violins and (2) steel string violins may be entered for a total of (4) instrument entries.
